What is DearJon.co?

DearJon.co is a message delivery service that delivers messages via phone.

Who uses DearJon.co?

We have many different customers!  Some of our customers use Dearjon.co to send love ones special messages while others use it for business related follow up and acknowledgments.

Why wouldn’t I just send an email or make the call myself?

You may want to make someone feel special, be short on time, or you may be having a hard time working up the nerve to hit send on that email. Dearjon.co is here to help.

How much does it cost?

Each message is delivered for $5.

What can I say in my message?

You can say just about anything you like. Messages that are deemed threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or discriminatory will not be delivered. 

What do you say when you call?

Here is a sample script –

“DearJon: Hello, this is Jon from DearJon.co may I please speak with Jane?

Jane: This is Jane

DearJon: Hello Jane. I have a message for you from your husband Jim. He says “I just wanted to remind you that you are incredible and I love you very much”

Jane: Awww thanks

DearJon: Thank you for taking the time to listen to this message. Don’t forget to visit Dearjon.co to send your own message just like this.

Jane: Ok. Goodbye.

DearJon: Goodbye Jane”

When will you call?

We make calls between 9am and 8pm PST. Our first try is usually made within 3 days of purchase.

What happens if they don’t pick up?

We will try to get them on the phone in 3 calls. If we don’t on the third call, we will leave them a message.

How will I know the message has been delivered?

Once the call has been made and the message has been delivered we will send you an email confirmation.

Can I send an anonymous message?

Right now we do not offer the ability to send an anonymous message.

What phone number will show up on the caller ID?

It will likely be caller ID blocked, No caller ID, or a 650 area code number.
